Batchelors and Shamrock Foods merger.

In September 2010 two of Ireland's largest and best known food brands, Batchelors and Shamrock Foods, merged to form Ireland's largest ambient food suppliers, Valeo Foods.

The merger of the two companies will allow Valeo Foods to grow and consolidate the food industry. As part of Valeo Foods, Batchelors Coffee Company will continue to offer superior brands in hot beverage ingredients and equipment.
